On Sunday (5th October) we will be going on LUMCs first outdoor climbing trip of the year!! People will be able to get involved in outdoor lead and sport climbing at the beautiful Trevor Quarry in Llangollen which is accessible for all abilities. Committee and members will be happy to help so don't worry if this will be your first time outdoor climbing. We'll probably stop by a pub on the way home too... it's going to be epic - don't miss it!
Schedule
The ticket price includes pickups from outside the sports centre on campus at 8:40 on Saturday morning, try to be there in advance as we'll be heading straight to Smithdown Asda Carpark for 8:50 to pick up the remaining climbers, where we will aim to leave at 9.
We hope to be back in Liverpool for around 10-11ish so bring plenty of food and drink to keep you going, so remember to bring warm clothes as it can get quite chilly, and waterproofs just in case.
All gear like helmets and harnesses will be provided however you will need climbing shoes as we don't have any spares!!
