Kinder scout hiking - 8th Oct

First Hike of the year, LUMC will be guiding you up Kinder Scout in the peak district

This is a beautiful route with some great scenes and nature, difficulty will be moderate with some steep inclines

Kit list:

No jeans or non-grip trainers

Be prepared for cold and wet weather

Water proofs and preferably some hiking shoes with grip

Fleece to keep you warm

Bring some food and water with you 

Schedule 

We will be offering pickups from outside the sports centre on campus at 7.40 saturday morning, aim to be there a bit before as we will head straight to Smithdown ASDA carpark for 7.50 to pick up any remaining climbers and be leaving for wales at 8:00.
