The final weekend trip of 2018 of 2018 is here! We will be staying at the Yorkshire Mountaineering Club Hut in the picturesque Coniston Valley, Lake District.
If we're lucky and the snow falls then this is a great opportunity for most people to get a taster of winter fell-walking for the first time. You don't need to have done any winter walking before, but general walking experience is useful for this trip.
This is also a chance for people heading on the Winter Scotland trip to learn some basic winter mountaineering skills.
