Whether you're brand new to climbing, or just need a refresher on your rope skills, these sessions are for you! Indoor climbing is great fun, and a fatastic way to prepare you with the skills needed for heading climbing outdoors.
This session will cost £5.50 and will be run by LUMC members at Awesome Walls Liverpool
The session will run from 2pm- 4pm. We will meet you outside of the main entrance of the sports centre at 1:15 to show you the way.
Harnesses will be provided free of charge, and you can either hire climbing shoes at the centre or wear trainers
